I dreamed of becoming a photographer at university. I joined the photography club and later became its president, spending much of those years behind a camera. Driven by that passion, I took an early internship at a studio. I carried reflectors, arranged wedding dresses, cleaned equipment, and even painted the studio walls. Around graduation, I founded my first studio, THESUNFOTO, and began photographing weddings and portraits.
As the business grew, I explored new directions. YOUNGFOTO® became one of Dongguan's first studios dedicated to polished ID portraits, and we later launched Paihu Photo Studio® as a sister brand. Photography was how I learned about the world during the eight years after graduation. Running those businesses also taught me brand marketing, team leadership, business development, IT operations, and plenty of hands-on problem solving.
Curiosity led me to keep learning UI design and code. I also enjoy building a home lab and care deeply about data privacy.
Outside work, I enjoy coffee, films, anime, and video games.
I hope to turn what I've learned into new possibilities.

At Brothersbox, I lead visual design work and help the company build new revenue channels. I also developed and designed its international B2B website.
Paihu Photo Studio®

In August 2022, I felt I had stopped growing, so I left the studio to seek a new challenge.
In 2019, four friends and I funded Paihu Photo Studio® as a YOUNGFOTO® sub-brand. By simplifying styling and focusing on fast photo sessions, we opened six locations: four company-owned and two franchises.

In June 2018, we upgraded our small storefront to a 234 m² garden-style flagship and opened our first franchise. The business grew quickly and served companies including Huawei, Tencent, OPPO, vivo, and Goertek.
THESUNFOTO

2014 - 2015
In June 2015, I moved into a 54 m² street-front shop and transformed THESUNFOTO into YOUNGFOTO®. We shifted toward polished ID, professional, and marriage registration portraits, offering styling, photography, and retouching in one place.
On June 29, 2014, I started THESUNFOTO in a friend's apartment. The studio focused on weddings and personal portraits.
As a university student, I traveled to Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen to learn from experienced photographers.

I designed and built the site you're reading. I keep improving its performance, visual design, and user experience, guided by curiosity and practice.

I enjoy writing code, even though I'm still learning.
